Jelen Pale Lager

Had both these Serbian lagers at the same time in Australia in December 2022. I had never heard of either of them before.

Unfortunately both came in cans which is pretty standard with imported beers it seems.

This one is slightly lighter in alcohol content at 4.6% but still has plenty of flavour. Pale colour, quite a good head. Refreshing and certainly one to look out for. I hope one day to try the draft version.

I rated the Jelen slightly higher than the LAV.
