A bio (organic) beer from Brittany, hence the name. Have only recently discovered it; they make a range of styles but htis is the only one I’ve tried, and only the bottled version.
Light colour, cloudy, not a great head. Some sediment in the bottom of the bottle, apparently a result of some sort of refermentation in the bottle. Very pleasant beer, not bitter. Alcohol content of 5.5% is about right for me.
Brewery also makes Sant Erwann, Dremmwer and Ar-Men, none of which I've tried.
