La Cadette Blonde

So this is a bio (organic) beer from the same brewery that makes Ch’ti and Jade, called Brasserie Castelain, located in a town called Bénifontaine, in the north of France.

I’ve had Jade and Ch’ti, which are quite a well-known beers but have never had this one before.

Quite cloudy, as can be seen from the photo, but quite light taste and pleasant. Certainly one that I would buy again; 5% alcohol content, so a bit on the light side, which suits me.
