La Cagole Blonde
A brewery based in Marseille although I didn’t come across it there, in fact I found it in the épicerie at Le Bon Marche in Paris!
The brewery is recent (2003) much to my surprise, as I had thought it was an old brewery.
It’s a Pils, 5.5% alcohol content, which is in my preferred range.
Honey colour, clear, not great head nor lacing. Refreshing, not remarkable but very drinkable.
