Pelforth Blonde

Not one of my favourites but you find it most places in France, so it’s always an option, particularly if the only alternative is Leffe or something like that. This one is a Blonde although they make other varieties, the most common is the Brune, which is not to my taste. Moderate strength (5.8%) which is OK for me although a little on the high side; just not a beer of preference.

Honey colour, quite a good head, not really a beer you’re dying to have more of.
