Bischofshof Hell
Brewery based in the picturesque Bavarian town of Regensburg, has been around since 1649 they say. Again, they make a range of beers but, again, I’ve only ever had the Hell, at the brewery restaurant Bischofshof-am-Dom..
Despite the photo of the massive bottle, I’ve only had the draught version.
Nothing startling, but like most German lagers, it’s eminently drinkable and refreshing. And at 4.8% alcohol, good for several if you’re thirsty.
