Ichnusa Lager

Beer from Sardinia, fairly easy to come by in bottle shops.

I’ve never had it on tap, only in bottles. In fact I’ve never seen it on tap but I’m sure it exists.

Alcohol content 4.7% which suits my taste. Honey colour, reasonable head. A slightly unusual taste but still a pleasant beer, and, most importantly, quite refreshing.
